These terms govern your use of Seimai (the “Service”), a product operated by SW6 LTD (company number 11900842), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at International House, 12 Constance Street, London, E16 2DQ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Seimai produces AI-generated summaries of publicly available YouTube videos, lets you organise notes against those summaries, and optionally share notes with other users. The Service is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Always verify important information from the original source.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Seimai.

You retain ownership of notes, comments, and other content you create. By publishing a note you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service and on public sharing pages. You can delete published notes at any time.
Seimai offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by those platforms' terms in addition to these terms.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
How to cancel. You can cancel a subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access for the period you've already paid for. No partial refunds for unused time within a period.
Free trials and introductory offers. If we offer a free trial or introductory price and you cancel during it, you keep access until the trial ends and will not be charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews at the standard price. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Restoring purchases. If you reinstall the app or use a different device with the same Apple ID or Google account, you can restore an active subscription via the in-app "Restore Purchases" option.
Refunds. Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We don't process refunds directly.
Summaries are derived from third-party YouTube videos. We are not affiliated with YouTube, the channels we summarise, or the creators of those videos. The Service relies on third-party providers (LLM providers, push notification services, email delivery, and others) — see the Privacy Policy for details.
You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SW6 LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including, where applicable, your statutory rights as a consumer).
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
